Ingredients
- Shortcrust pastry (Classic French Pâte Brisée) : 1
- Butternut squash : 350 grams
- Fresh Goat Cheese : 100 grams
- Smoked Lardons (Allumettes) : 100 gram
- Mustard : 1 tablespoon
- Eggs : 2
- Whipping cream 30% : 10 centiliters
- Milk : 5 centiliters
- Olive oil (A drizzle) : 1
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Prepare the shortcrust pastry.
Set aside in the fridge. -
Peel the butternut squash and cut it into thin slices.
In a skillet, sauté the butternut slices with a drizzle of olive oil for about ten minutes until they become soft.
Set aside. -
In the same skillet, without adding more fat, brown the bacon lardons.
Set aside. -
In a bowl, crack the whole eggs.
Pour in the milk and cream.
Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
Mix well with a fork.
Set aside. -
Roll out the shortcrust pastry. You can either place it in a tart pan or directly on a sheet of parchment paper.
Prick the dough with a fork. -
Spread the tablespoon of mustard over the pastry.

Arrange the butternut slices on top.
