Ingredients
- Chicken Tenderloins : 600 grams
- Onion : 1
- Garlic Cloves : 2
- Olive oil : 6 tablespoons
- Paprika powder : 1 teaspoon
- Curry : 1 teaspoon
- Oregano : 1 teaspoon
- Mustard : 1 tablespoon
- Plain yogurt : 6 tablespoons
- Espelette pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Dice the onion into small pieces.
Mince the garlic. -
In a square ovenproof dish, mix all the ingredients along with the chicken tenderloins.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours to let the marinade soak into the chicken. -
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, or until the chicken is cooked through.
