Ingredients
- Bacon (Lard fumé) : 150 grams
- White Navy Bean (in a can) : 1080 milliliters
- Onion (Minced) : 1
- Garlic powder : 1/2 teaspoon
- Maple syrup : 1 cup
- Ketchup : 1/4 cup
- Mustard : 1 tablespoon
- Tomato paste : 2 tablespoons
- Bay Leaves : 2
- Salt : 1 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation steps

Cut the smoked bacon into small pieces, place it in the pressure cooker, and set it to Sauté medium for 5 minutes.

Then add the sliced onion and set it to Sauté medium again for 2 minutes.

Finally, add all the ingredients (drain the beans) and mix well.
Set the pressure cooker to Pressure Cook, high level, for 25 - 30 minutes.
