Ingredients
- Cider : 50 centiliters
- Yellow Onion : 80 grams
- Apple cider vinegar : 1 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter : 20 grams
- Whipping cream 30% : 10 centiliters
- Corn starch : 1 tablespoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the minced onion. Fry for a good 5 minutes.

When the onion has become translucent, deglaze with the tablespoon of cider vinegar and add the cider.

Reduce for 20 minutes at a gentle simmer, then add the cream.

Dissolve the tablespoon of cornstarch before adding to the sauce. Mix well and heat for two or three minutes to thicken the sauce.
Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and a turn of the pepper grinder.
