- Beef (Chopped) : 600 grams
- Breadcrumbs : 2 teaspoon
- Yellow onion (Chopped) : 1
- Cilantro (Powder) : 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground ginger : 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder : 1 teaspoon
- Curry Powder : 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric (Powder) : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
Sauce
- Crème fraîche 40% : 125 milliliters
- Curry Powder (En poudre) : 1 teaspoons
Assembling burger
- Burger Buns : 6
- Tomato (Slice) : 1
- Cheddar cheese (Slices) : 6
- Lettuce (Leaves) : 6
Preparation steps

Prepare the sauce by mixing the crème fraîche and curry powder with a fork and set aside.
Beef patties

Place the meat in the bowl.

Add all the spices.

Stir until all the spices are well blended with the meat.

Add the chopped onions.

Now form 6 meat patties.

Grill on the barbecue for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning over halfway through.

Add the cheddar cheese to the meat pies and set aside.

Lightly toast the burger buns on the barbecue for a few minutes.

Pour the curry sauce over the bread base.
