- Flour : 160 grams
- Unsalted butter : 80 grams
- Cane sugar : 80 grams
- Dark chocolate (70%) : 100 grams
- Hazelnuts : 50 grams
- Egg : 1
- Baking powder (Sachet: 12g) : 1
- Vanilla sugar (Sachet: 12g) : 1
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

To begin, roughly chop the hazelnuts with a knife.
Set aside for later. -
Place the flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Mix well. -
Add the egg and mix with your fingertips.

Then blend in the kneaded butter.
(Creamed butter is butter left at room temperature, so it's easier to work with). -
Mix with fingertips.
Butter should be fully incorporated. -
Use a knife to crush the dark chocolate into small pieces. You can also buy ready-made chocolate chips.
Add them little by little to the dough. -
Then stir in the hazelnuts.

Form small balls of dough in the palm of your hand, then place on a silicone or baking sheet.
Apply gentle pressure to the dough balls to give them their final shape. -
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
