- Apples Cripps Pink : 2
- Yellow lemon (Juice) : 1 tablespoon
- Eggs : 2
- Caster sugar : 3/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract : 1 teaspoon
- Unsalted butter : 1/2 cup
- Flour : 1 1/4 cup
- Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon (Powder) : 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom (Powder) : 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground ginger : 1/4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg (Powder) : 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Cut the apples and mix them with the lemon juice.
Set aside. -
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is foamy and slightly pale.

Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, then mix.
