- Egg : 1
- Cane sugar : 50 grams
- Whipping cream 30% : 60 milliliters
- Almond powder : 50 grams

- Red Plum : 10
- Maple syrup : 2 tablespoons
Preparation steps

Prepare the shortcrust pastry dough.
Blind bake the dough in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Set aside. - Temperature: 180°C
- Heat: rotary
- Baking time: 10 min
Tart filling

In a bowl, whisk all the filling ingredients together.
Set aside.

Cut the plums in half and place them, cut side down, on the pre-baked shortcrust pastry.

Pour the filling between the plums.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Once out of the oven, use a brush to apply one or two layers of maple syrup on top of the tart.
