Ingredients
- Flour : 125 grams
- White chocolate : 100 grams
- Raspberries : 150 grams
- Hazelnut powder : 60 grams
- Almond powder : 40 grams
- Cane sugar : 60 grams
- Milk : 20 centiliters
- Neutral oil : 2 tablespoons
- Egg : 1
- Baking powder (Sachet) : 1
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Place the almond powder, hazelnut powder, flour, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt in a bowl.
Mix well. -
Gradually add egg, oil and milk.
Mix until well blended. -
Cut the white chocolate into small cubes and add to the dough.
Add the raspberries.
Mix well. -
Finally, place the muffin cases in molds of similar diameter and fill with batter.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. - Temperature: 200°C
