- Apple Cripps Pink : 1
- Avocado : 1
- Bacon : 170 grams
- Grenoble walnut : 1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin seeds : 2 tablespoons
- Dried Cranberries : 1 tablespoon
- Cheddar cheese (Shredded) : 1/2 cup
Creamy dressing
- Mayonnaise : 1/4 cup
- Greek yoghurt 2%. : 1 tablespoon
- Mustard : 1 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar : 1 teaspoon
- Yellow lemon (Juice) : 1 teaspoon
- Maple syrup : 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (Chopped) : 1 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

In a non-stick pan, cook the bacon (or lardons) cut into small pieces for about ten minutes until crispy.
Set the bacon aside in a small container lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
Creamy Lemon Vinaigrette
