Ingredients
- Red Lentils : 200 grams
- Carrots : 2
- Yellow onion : 1/2
- Red bell pepper : 1/2
- Gala apple : 1/2
- Blood orange : 1
- Water : 600 grams
- Olive oil : 3 tablespoons
- Curry Powder : 2 teaspoons
- Salt : 1
- Pepper : 1
Preparation steps

Start by rinsing the lenses.

Place the 60 cl cold water and lentils in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil and cook for 9 minutes from the first broths.
The lentils should remain crisp at the end of cooking. When they are, rinse and drain them before setting aside in the fridge. -
At the same time, cook the carrots in a saucepan of boiling water (approx. 15 minutes).
At the end of cooking, they should be melting. Set aside.
(They can also be cooked in a steamer). -
Put the oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped onion and bell pepper.
They should not color.
When cooked, set aside.Allow to cool before mixing with lentils and other ingredients.

In a salad bowl, peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Add the cooked carrots, also cut into small pieces.
Add lentils, onion and bell pepper.
Mix well. -
Then add the blood orange juice, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
