Ingredients
- Avocados : 2
- Yellow lemon : 1
- Granny Smith apple : 1
- Shallot : 1
- Pink shrimp (peeled) : 120 grams
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Black pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Start by cutting the avocados.
Preferably cut into small 4 mm cubes.
Place in a salad bowl. -
Cut the apple in the same way and add to the avocados.
Squeeze the lemon and pour in the equivalent of 5 tablespoons of juice. -
Add the finely chopped shallots.

Finally, cut the peeled shrimp into small pieces and mix well.
Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and a grind. -
Serve chilled with a pastry cutter.
