Corn starch : 30 grams
Milk : 10 centiliters
Neutral oil : 5 centiliters
Oeufs : 3
Gala apple : 1

Fresh mint (Bunch) : 1
Salt : 1 pinch
Pepper : 1 pinch

Preparation steps

Step 1
Place the flour, cornstarch and 12 grams of yeast in a bowl.

Add the whole eggs and whisk to combine.

Stir in milk.

As well as the oil.

Cut the goat's cheese log into pieces and add to the dough.

Add the peeled, cored and chopped apple.

Finally, chop the mint (about ten leaves) and adjust the seasoning by adding a pinch of salt and a turn of the pepper mill.

Line a cake tin and pour in the batter.

- Heat rotary
- Baking time 40 min

Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Check with a knife. The blade should come out dry.
