Ingredients
- Goat cheese (log) : 130 grams
- Flour : 150 grams
- Corn starch : 30 grams
- Milk : 10 centiliters
- Neutral oil : 5 centiliters
- Oeufs : 3
- Gala apple : 1
- Baking powder (Sachet) : 1
- Fresh mint (Bunch) : 1
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Place the flour, cornstarch and 12 grams of yeast in a bowl.

Add the whole eggs and whisk to combine.

Stir in milk.

Cut the goat's cheese log into pieces and add to the dough.
