Ingredients
- Neutral oil : 60 milliliters
- Onion : 1/2
- Diced tomatoes : 250 milliliters
- Tomato paste : 1.5 tablespoon
- Black Beans (Cans) : 1080 milliliters
- Cayenne pepper (Flakes) : 1/2 tablespoon
- Montreal Steak Spices : 1/2 tablespoon
- Vegetable stock (Powder) : 1/2 tablespoon
- Bay Leaves : 2
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Water : 125 milliliters
Preparation steps

Finely chop the onions.
Heat the oil in the pan and cook the onions for about 5 minutes. -
Add the tomatoes and tomato paste.
Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. -
Rinse the beans and add them to the tomatoes.
Mix well. -
Add the spices, bay leaves, and salt.
Cook for about 8 minutes, still over medium heat. -
Add the water, mix, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
