- Potatoes : 6
- Olive oil : 5 centiliters
- Herbs of Provence : 1 teaspoon
- Paprika powder : 1 teaspoon
- Espelette pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Wash and make regular incisions across the width of the potatoes.

Make the cuts on each potato and place them in an ovenproof dish.

In a bowl, combine the paprika, herbes de Provence, Espelette pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Add the olive oil and mix well.

Using a brush, coat the potatoes with half of the marinade.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes of cooking, brush with the remaining marinade and leave in the oven for the remaining 20 minutes.
