Ingredients
- Sourdough bread (Slices) : 4
- Poitrine de poulet cajun au BBQ (Slices) : 1
- Avocado : 1/2
- Beef Heart Tomato : 1
- Lettuce (Leaves) : 4
- Emmental Cheese (Slices) : 4
- Bacon : 170 grams
- Mayonnaise : 3 tablespoons
- Mustard : 1 tablespoon
Preparation steps

Cook the bacon slices in a skillet until crispy, then drain them on paper towels.

Mix the homemade mayonnaise with the tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture on two of the toasted bread slices.

Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of bread with the spread. Add the tomato slices, followed by the avocado slices.

Next, add the chicken slices.

Then layer the Emmental cheese slices.
