- Onion (Minced) : 1
- Garlic Cloves (Chopped) : 2
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- Paprika powder : 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder : 1 teaspoon
- Espelette pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano (Dry) : 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime (Juice) : 1 tablespoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch

Preparation steps
Cook the chicken filling

In a hot skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil for 2 minutes.

Add the garlic, then the ground chicken. Break it apart using a wooden spoon.

Once the chicken starts to brown, add the spices: paprika, cumin, chili, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stir well, then pour in the lime juice.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Keep warm.
Warm the tortillas

Heat them dry in a skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds on each side.
Assemble the tacos

Place some chicken in the center of each tortilla.
