- Italian sausages : 500 grams
- Gnocchis à poêler (Pan-Fried Gnocchi) : 700 grams
- Unsalted butter : 20 grams
- Italian-style herbs : 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (Finely Chopped) : 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder : 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder : 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper (Flakes) : 1 teaspoon
- Tomato paste : 2 tablespoons
- Whipping cream 30% : 350 milliliters
- Salt : 1/4 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1 pinch
- Parmesan cheese (To Taste) : 30 grams
Preparation steps

In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the onions until they begin to turn translucent.

Cut the sausages into small cubes and add them to the onions. Cook the sausages over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
