Ingredients
- Unsalted butter : 40 grams
- Pork Shoulder : 1.9 kilograms
- Paprika powder : 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper (Flakes) : 1 tablespoon
- Onion powder : 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
- Barbecue (BBQ) Sauce : 425 milliliters
- Water : 65 milliliters
Preparation steps

Remove the large fat pieces.
Cut the pork into large cubes. -
Mix all the spices and rub the pork cubes with this mixture to coat them well.

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode for 10 minutes with 40 grams of butter.
Once preheated and the butter has melted, add the pork and sear each side of the cubes. -
Add the barbecue sauce and water, then mix.
Set the pressure cooker to pressure cook mode.
Choose the High Level setting for 40 minutes. -
Once cooking is complete and the pressure is released, shred the pork using a fork.
It's ready to serve.
