Ingredients
- Lard fumé (Bacon) : 250 grams
- Onion : 1
- Spaghettis : 400 grams
- Whipping cream 30% : 250 milliliters
- Cooking Water : 100 milliliters
- Fresh parsley (Bouquet) : 1
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
- Parmesan cheese : To Taste
Preparation steps

Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
Roughly chop the onion. -
Cut the bacon (smoked bacon) into small pieces.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
In a skillet, cook the bacon until nicely colored (about 5 to 10 minutes).
Then add the onion. Cook for another 5 minutes. -
Before draining the pasta, reserve 125 ml of cooking water, then drain the pasta.
Pour the reserved cooking water into the skillet with the bacon and onions, along with the heavy cream.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat.
Add the chopped parsley (about 2 tablespoons) and pepper to taste.
Finally, add the pasta and mix off the heat.Bon appétit!
