Ingredients

Spaghettis : 350 grams
Chicken (Breasts) : 550 grams
Yellow onion : 1
Red bell pepper : 1
Cherry tomatoes : 15
Cumin seeds : 1/2 teaspoon
Greek yoghurt 2%. : 3 tablespoons
Mustard seeds : 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric : 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder : 1/4 teaspoon
Ground ginger : 1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder : 1/4 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese : 1 pinch
Fresh parsley : 1 pinch
Olive oil : 2 tablespoons

Preparation steps

Step 1
Peel and cut the onion into half strips.
Step 2
Wash, de-seed and dice the red bell pepper.
Step 3
Dice the chicken.
Step 4
In a spoonful of olive oil, sauté the cumin seeds with the mustard seeds until they crackle.
Step 5
Brown the chicken in the oil with the cumin and mustard seeds. It should remain white but almost golden.
Step 6
Add onion and bell pepper and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Do not cover.
Step 7
Add the spices and the second tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Do not cover.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the halved tomatoes and simmer, covered, over medium heat for 5 min.
Step 9
Add the Greek yogurt and simmer, covered, for a further 2 minutes.
Then add the pasta and mix well. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
Step 10
Serve hot and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with a sprig of parsley for a simple, effective presentation.
