Ingredients
- Spaghettis : 350 grams
- Chicken (Breasts) : 550 grams
- Yellow onion : 1
- Red bell pepper : 1
- Cherry tomatoes : 15
- Cumin seeds : 1/2 teaspoon
- Greek yoghurt 2%. : 3 tablespoons
- Mustard seeds : 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric : 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground ginger : 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder : 1/4 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese : 1 pinch
- Fresh parsley : 1 pinch
- Olive oil : 2 tablespoons
Preparation steps

Peel and cut the onion into half strips.

Wash, de-seed and dice the red bell pepper.

Dice the chicken.

In a spoonful of olive oil, sauté the cumin seeds with the mustard seeds until they crackle.

Brown the chicken in the oil with the cumin and mustard seeds. It should remain white but almost golden.

Add onion and bell pepper and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Do not cover. -
Add the spices and the second tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the halved tomatoes and simmer, covered, over medium heat for 5 min.

Add the Greek yogurt and simmer, covered, for a further 2 minutes.
Then add the pasta and mix well. Cook for a further 2 minutes. -
Serve hot and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with a sprig of parsley for a simple, effective presentation.
