- Bao breads : 6
- Avocado : 1
- Carrot : 1
- Iceberg Salad : 1
- Cilantro (Sprig) : 1
- Sesame seeds : 1 teaspoon
- Yellow lemon : 1/2
Marinated pork
- Pork (Filets) : 200 grams
- Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- Teriyaki Sauce : 1 teaspoon
- Honey : 1 teaspoon
Wasabi mayonnaise
- Egg yolk : 1
- Neutral oil : 100 milliliters
- Rice vinegar : 1 tablespoon
- Wasabi : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps
Marinated pork

Cut thin strips from the pork tenderloin.

In a deep dish, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and honey.
When the mixture is smooth, add the minced pork and toss to coat all the pieces with the marinade.
Place in the fridge for one hour. -
When the resting time is over, place the marinated pork strips in a hot pan with the marinade.

Cook until pork caramelizes and excess marinade has evaporated.
Set aside.
Wasabi mayonnaise

Place the egg yolk, vinegar and wasabi in a bowl.
Whisk to combine. -
Gradually add the oil, whisking constantly.
When the mayonnaise has thickened and set, adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and a turn of the grinder.
Add more wasabi if necessary.
Set aside in the fridge.
Bao breads

Prepare the loaves as indicated on the bag.
Here, they are steamed for 15 minutes. -
Chop the salad and slice the avocado.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel and grate carrot. -
Now it's time to fill the buns.
Open the bao in half.
Place two or three thin slices of avocado, a little lettuce and grated carrot, a few pieces of minced pork and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Add a few fresh coriander leaves.Serve with wasabi mayonnaise on the side.
