Ingredients
Pâté de viande
- Beef : 600 grams
- Button Mushrooms : 230 grams
- Onion : 1
- Gousse d'ail (Chopped) : 1
- Chives (Chopped) : 6 tablespoons
- Fresh basil (Chopped) : 3 tablespoons
- Egg : 1
- Breadcrumbs : 2 tablespoons
Sauce
- Greek yoghurt 2%. : 7 cuillères à soupe
- Spinach : 140 grammes
- Yellow lemon : 1/2
- Gousse d'ail : 1
Dressage
- Swedish-style bread : 16
- Tomato : 1
- Goat cheese : 1
- Lettuce : 1
Preparation steps
Pâtés de viandes

Cut mushrooms into small pieces.

Finely chop the chives, basil, garlic and onion, then mix with the previously chopped mushrooms.

Add the meat and mix well.
Then add the egg and breadcrumbs and mix again. -
Shape meat pies with the burger press.

Cook pies on each side until desired doneness.
Set aside for later use.
Sauce

Dans un mixeur, mettre le yaourt grec, le citron, l'ail et les épinards puis mixer jusqu'à l'obtention d'une sauce lisse et homogène.
Dressage

Mettre de la sauce précédemment préparée sur une tranche de pain suédois.

Ajouter le pâté de viande puis étaler du fromage de chèvre sur celui-ci.
Ajouter une tranche ou deux de tomates ainsi que de la laitue.
Refermer le burger avec la deuxième tranche de pain suédois.
