Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes : 600 grams
- Whipping cream 30% : 250 milliliters
- Comté cheese (Grated) : 50 grams
- Onion : 1
- Paprika powder : 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg (Grated) : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

In a saucepan, bring water to the boil with a pinch of coarse salt.
Peel and slice the sweet potatoes, ideally using a mandolin.
Cook for 10 minutes with the peeled and sliced onion.
Cooking is complete when the sweet potato slices start to become soft but remain slightly firm. -
Pour the cream into a bowl and add the paprika, salt and pepper. Grate in the nutmeg and mix.

Drain the vegetables and place in the gratin dish.
Pour in the spiced cream. -
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
The gratin is ready when the cheese turns a lovely golden color. - Temperature: 190°C
