Ingredients
- Beef : 340 grams
- Onion : 20 grams
- Pickles : 15 grams
- Capers : 10 grams
- Egg yolks : 2
- Tabasco : 4 drops
- Worcestershire sauce : 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Place the olive oil, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce in a salad bowl.

Add egg yolks.
Mix well. -
Add finely-chopped onion.

Then the capers and gherkins, cut into small pieces.
