Ingredients
- Ground beef : 600 grams
- Red onion : 1
- Red bell pepper : 1
- Orange : 1
- Red Kidney Beans : 500 grams
- Tomato pulp, diced : 800 grams
- Herbed tomato sauce : 600 milliliters
- Tex Mex Spices : 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil : 3 tablespoons
- Salt : 1/2 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Chop the red onion and sauté for five minutes in three tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a frying pan.

Dice the two peppers and sauté with the onions for ten minutes.

Add ground meat, Tex Mex spices and cook for ten minutes over medium heat.
Set aside. -
Add the rinsed kidney beans, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes to a stewpot, stir and cook over low heat for ten minutes.

Add the meat, season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve hot. For presentation, add chopped spring onion.
