Whipping cream 30% : 200 milliliters
Onion : 1
Veal stock (Powder) : 1 teaspoon
Olive oil : 1 teaspoon
Fresh parsley : 1 pinch
Pepper : 1 pinch
Salt : 1 pinch

Preparation steps

Step 1
In a saucepan, sauté the onion (about 50 grams) with the olive oil.

Cook over medium heat.

Finally, blend briefly, taking care to leave some chunks.
