Ingredients
- Brown button mushrooms : 350 grams
- Whipping cream 30% : 200 milliliters
- Onion : 1
- Veal stock (Powder) : 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil : 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

In a saucepan, sauté the onion (about 50 grams) with the olive oil.

When translucent, add the sliced mushrooms.
Cook over medium heat. -
When the mushrooms have reduced by half, sprinkle with veal stock and add a little chopped parsley.

Mix well and pour in the liquid cream.

Reduce for about five minutes to thicken the sauce.
Finally, blend briefly, taking care to leave some chunks.
Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and a turn of the pepper mill.
