Ingredients
- Codfish : 200 grams
- Coconut milk : 5 centiliters
- Lime juice : 2 tablespoons
- Fresh ginger : 3 grams
- Red onion : 5 grams
- Espelette pepper : 1 pinch
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
- Cilantro (To taste) :
Preparation steps

Cut the cod into small pieces, no larger than 1 cm.

Peel and finely chop the red onion (equivalent to a heaped teaspoon).
Place the cod, onion and two tablespoons of lime juice in a salad bowl. -
Add the coconut milk.

Grate the fresh ginger and add salt, Espelette pepper and a turn of the pepper mill.
(5-berry pepper is best for this dish).
Mix well, then wrap and refrigerate for one hour.Add a few chopped cilantro leaves just before serving.
