Ingredients
- Flour : 130 grams
- Gala apple : 250 grams
- Cane sugar : 100 grams
- Unsalted butter : 30 grams
- Sesame seeds : 30 grams
- Milk : 10 centiliters
- Eggs : 2
- Baking powder (sachet) : 1/2
Preparation steps

Place the flour, sugar and half a sachet of yeast (6 grams) in a bowl.

Add the eggs and melted butter, then pour in the milk a little at a time, stirring with a whisk until the dough is smooth and homogenous.

Peel and chop the apples into small pieces (200 grams of flesh should remain). Stir them into the dough and add the 30 grams of sesame seeds.

Pour the dough into the moulds and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a fan oven.
