- Apples Cripps Pink : 3
- Flour : 180 grams
- Almond powder : 100 grams
- Baking powder : 2 teaspoons
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Eggs : 3
- Unsalted butter (Melted) : 100 grams
- Cane sugar : 80 grams
- Maple syrup : 80 milliliters
- Calvados : 40 milliliters
- Milk : 100 milliliters
- Vanilla Extract : 1 teaspoon
For the finishing touch
- Almonds (Sliced) : 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup : 2 tablespoons
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a bowl, mix the flour, almond powder, baking powder, and salt. -
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale.
Add the melted butter, maple syrup, Calvados, milk, and vanilla extract.
Mix well. -
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture, being careful not to overmix.

Gently fold half of the apples into the batter.

Pour the batter into a round springform pan lined with parchment paper and greased.

Arrange the remaining apple slices on top.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
