Ingredients
- Homemade Pistachio Cream : 18 teaspoons
- White chocolate : 200 grams
- Cashew Nuts : 20 grams
Preparation steps

In a blender, blend the cashews to create small pieces.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Mix in the cashew pieces. -
Using a brush, spread a layer of white chocolate inside the molds to form the shell of the candies, ensuring the bottom of the molds is completely covered.
Place the molds in the freezer for 10 minutes. -
Remove the molds and fill each with about a teaspoon of pistachio cream.
Freeze again for 5 minutes. -
Remove the molds and seal the candy by covering the top with the remaining white chocolate using the brush.
The sealing can be rough, as the candies will be trimmed in the final step.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. -
Carefully unmold the candies and trim the edges with a knife to make them neat.
