Ingredients
- Round rice : 100 grams
- Cane sugar : 100 grams
- Water : 10 centiliters
- Whole milk : 1 liter
- Vanilla bean : 1
Preparation steps

Place the rice in a saucepan with the water and boil for 5 minutes. Stir well to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
The water should have evaporated. -
Rinse the rice in cold water, drain and return to the pan.
Split the vanilla pod and remove the seeds.
Add the sugar and milk to the saucepan. -
Stir and boil for 1h30 at a gentle simmer. Cover halfway, and stir regularly to prevent the mixture sticking to the bottom of the pan.

The rice is ready when it's nice and creamy.
Serve warm or cold.
