Ingredients
- Flour : 200 grams
- Oat milk : 500 milliliters
- Eggs : 3
- Vanilla sugar : 3 tablespoons
- Orange blossom aroma : 3 tablespoons
- Neutral oil : 2 tablespoons
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Place the sifted flour, sugar and pinch of salt in a bowl.

Add eggs and neutral oil.

Start mixing and gradually add the oat milk.
The dough should be smooth and homogenous.
Leave to rest for an hour. -
After the resting time, place a little neutral oil in a hot frying pan and pour in a ladleful of pancake batter.

Let each side brown, then repeat.
