Make the shortcrust pastry and line the pie tin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Set aside.

- Heat rotary
- Baking time 20 min
Step 2
Make the pastry cream and spread it over the entire tart base using an angled spatula.
Step 3
Wash and hull the strawberries.
Cut them in half, then place them on top, starting from the outside.
Step 4
Continue until the whole tart is covered.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
