Shortbread dough
- Flour : 250 grams
- Unsalted butter : 125 grams
- Caster sugar : 110 grams
- Vanilla sugar (Sachet) : 1
- Egg : 1
Pastry cream
- Egg yolks : 3
- Caster sugar : 90 grams
- Milk : 40 centiliters
- Flour : 20 grams
- Corn starch : 20 grams
- Vanilla bean : 1

- Strawberries : 600 grams
Preparation steps

Make the shortcrust pastry and line the pie tin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Set aside. - Temperature: 180°C
- Heat: rotary
- Baking time: 20 min

Make the pastry cream and spread it over the entire tart base using an angled spatula.

Wash and hull the strawberries.
Cut them in half, then place them on top, starting from the outside. -
Continue until the whole tart is covered.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
