Ingredients
- Eggs : 4
- Caster sugar : 100 grams
- Flour : 70 grams
- Corn starch : 30 grams
- Vanilla sugar (Sachet) : 1
- Icing sugar : 1 pinch
- Unsalted butter : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks, and whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

While the egg whites are rising, whisk the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

When the whites are stiff, add the yolks and mix gently with a pastry blender.

Gradually add the sifted flour and cornstarch, still mixing gently.

Finally, butter the baking tin and pour in the batter.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
