Preparation steps

Step 1
Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
Chop dark chocolate and dates, set aside.
Step 2
Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix the tahini and egg with a spoon or maryse.
Add sugar mixture.
Add dates and dark chocolate.
Step 4
Shape cookies (2 tablespoons, approx. 30 grams) Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with fleur de sel and sesame seeds.
