Ingredients
- Tahini : 250 grams
- Egg : 1
- Cane sugar : 100 grams
- Brown sugar : 100 grams
- Salt : 1 teaspoons
- Baking soda : 1/4 teaspoon
- Dark chocolate (70%) (Chopped) : 100 grams
- Dates (Chopped) : 80 grams
- Fleur de sel : 1 pinch
- Sesame seeds : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
Chop dark chocolate and dates, set aside. -
Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt and baking soda in a bowl.

Mix the tahini and egg with a spoon or maryse.
Add sugar mixture.
Add dates and dark chocolate. -
Shape cookies (2 tablespoons, approx. 30 grams) Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with fleur de sel and sesame seeds. - Temperature: 165°C
