Ingredients
- Pizza Dough : 1
- Tomato (Coulis) : 200 grams
- Dried tomatoes : 5
- Oregano : 1 tablespoon
- Prosciutto (Slices) : 4
- Arugula (A handful) : 1
- Black olives : 5
Preparation steps

Start by generously flouring the pizza dough. Flip it over, so the floured side is underneath to prevent sticking.

Spread the tomato coulis.

Sprinkle with oregano.

Place the olives, then, using a pizza peel, transfer the pizza onto the pizza stone set on the grill of the barbecue. Cook covered for 3 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius.

Remove the pizza and place it on a plate. Add the sun-dried tomatoes.
