- Cucumber (Cut into quarters) : 1
- Green Bell Pepper (Thinly sliced) : 1
- Red onion (Finely chopped) : 1/2
- Feta cheese (In large cubes or roughly crumbled) : 150 grams
- Black Olives (Ideally Kalamata) : 80 grams
- Oregano (Dry) : 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil : 4 tablespoons
- Red wine vinegar (Or lemon juice) : 1 tablespoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch

Wash and cut the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.

Place the vegetables in a large bowl. Add the olives and feta.
Sprinkle with dried oregano, lightly salt (feta and olives are already salty), and generously pepper. -
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice.
Toss gently just before serving so as not to crush the vegetables or the feta too much.
