Ingredients
- Rice Paper : 6
- Rice Vermicelli : 60 grammes
- Bean Sprouts (Mung Bean Sprouts) : 60 grammes
- Carrots (Grated) : 60 grammes
- Pink shrimp : 9
- Fresh mint (Leaves) : 18
- Lettuce (Leaves) : 3
Preparation steps

Start by rehydrating the rice vermicelli. Follow the instructions on the package.

Peel and julienne the carrots.

Drain the mung bean sprouts.

Rehydrate the first rice paper sheet and place it on a damp cloth.
Place some rice vermicelli at the bottom of the sheet, leaving a margin. -
Add a bit of julienned carrots and mung bean sprouts.

Cover the filling with three mint leaves, then a lettuce leaf, and place three shrimp halves a bit higher on the rice paper.

Fold the left and right sides inward.

Then roll the rice paper tightly, enclosing the filling.
Repeat the same process for the remaining 5 rolls.Enjoy chilled with a lettuce leaf and a bit of soy sauce.
