Ingredients
- Penne : 400 grams
- Cherry tomatoes : 200 grams
- Bell pepper : 80 grams
- Dried tomatoes : 70 grams
- Pine nuts : 20 grams
- Yellow lemon : 1//2
- Pesto : 230 grams
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Plunge the penne into a large pot of boiling water. Cook for 8 to 9 minutes.
Pasta should be "al dente", i.e. still a little firm.
Drain and set aside. -
Rinse, seed and cut 80 grams of bell pepper.

Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Then chop up the sun-dried tomatoes.

Mix the prepared pesto with the pasta and add the juice of half a lemon.

Add tomatoes and bell pepper pieces.

Finally, add the pine nuts and adjust the seasoning.
