Ingredients
- Salmon : 300 grams
- Eggs : 3
- Whipping cream 30% : 150 milliliters
- Espelette pepper : 1 pinch
- Fresh parsley (sprigs) : 2
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into small pieces.
Set aside for later use. -
Place the eggs and cream in a blender.

Add salt, pepper and a large pinch of Espelette pepper to the mixture.

Add chopped parsley and salmon.
Blend and place in a terrine mold.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. - Temperature: 180°C
