- Firm Tofu : 350 grams
- Roasted sesame oil : 2 tablespoons
- Corn starch : 3 tablespoons
- Maple syrup : 3 tablespoons
- Tamari Soy Sauce : 5 tablespoons
- Hoisin Sauce : 1.5 tablespoon
- Fresh ginger (Grated) : 1 tablespoon
- Water : 6 tablespoons
- Cayenne pepper : To Taste
