Ingredients
- Potatoes : 930 grams
- Zucchinis : 240 grams
- Onions : 2
- Garlic Cloves : 5
- Whipping cream 30% : 250 milliliters
- Almond powder : Au goût
- Fleur de sel : Au goût
- Gruyere : 90 grams
Preparation steps

Cut potatoes into thin slices.

Slice the zucchinis.

Cut onions into strips.

In an ovenproof dish, place a layer of potatoes, a layer of zucchini and onions.

Pour half the cream, add pepper and a pinch of fleur de sel over the entire layer.
Repeat twice. -
On the last layer, add the minced garlic.
