Ingredients
- Russet potatoes : 1.2 kilograms
- Olive oil : 3 tablespoons
- Garlic powder : 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder : 1 teaspoon
- Paprika en poudre : 1 tablespoon
- Espelette pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated) : 60 grams
- Fresh parsley (finely chopped) : 2 tablespoons
- Chives (finely chopped) : 1 tablespoon
Preparation steps

Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Plunge into water for a few minutes, then dry.
Set aside. -
In a bowl, combine all the spices with the olive oil.

Mix the wedges with the spice mixture.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a large baking tray, then arrange the wedges.
Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over each wedge.
Place in oven at 200 degrees Celcius for approx. 35 minutes. Turn wedges over after 25 minutes to ensure even cooking. - Temperature: 200°C
