- Clove : 1.5 teaspoon
- Cinnamon stick : 1/2
- Fennel seeds : 2 teaspoons
- Pepper seeds : 2 teaspoons
- Jasmine Rice : 500 milliliters
- Olive oil : 3 tablespoons
- Garlic Cloves : 2
- Fresh ginger (Shredded) : 1 teaspoon
- Onion : 1
- Ground pork : 450 grams
- Chili paste : 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce : 3 tablespoons
- Carrots (About 3) : 170 grams
- Green cabbage : 430 grams
- Green onion (To taste) :
Preparation steps

Cook the jasmine rice in a rice cooker or follow the package instructions for stovetop cooking.

In a skillet, heat the star anise, fennel seeds, cinnamon, peppercorns, and cloves for a few minutes until fragrant.

Transfer the mixture to a blender and grind until it forms a smooth powder.
Set aside. -
In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger in olive oil.
After a few minutes, when the mixture starts to sizzle, add the onions and cook until golden brown. -
Add the ground pork, 1 teaspoon of the reserved spice blend, soy sauce, and chili paste. Cook for about 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
