Ingredients
- Tomatoes : 4
- Sausage Meat : 500 grams
- Onions : 110 grams
- Thyme (Sprigs) : 3
- Olive oil (Drizzle) : 1
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Rinse and cut the tomatoes at the top.
Scoop out the insides and reserve the pulp. -
In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion for five minutes, adding the thyme sprigs.

Add the tomato pulp, avoiding the liquid, and cook for another five minutes.
Remove the thyme sprigs. -
In a bowl, place the sausage meat. Season with a pinch of salt and a twist of the pepper mill.
Add the sautéed onion and mix well. -
Generously stuff each tomato.

Replace the tops and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
